A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Institute of Directors Davinia has held regulated positions within the financial services industry in Jersey, Guernsey, Gibraltar, the British Virgin Islands, and United Kingdom. She has also been responsible for a Cayman Islands business.
Davinia headed Lloyds Banking Group’s Corporate Trust Department until its sale to Computershare with particular expertise in Employee Incentives, Share Registration and Structured Finance. More recently she worked for Alter Domus in a number of positions including establishing and leading their London business and acting as Strategic Relationship Director to a number of global fund managers covering Private Equity & Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Debt and Fund of Funds.
Examples of the deals Davinia has been involved with include Palamon’s acquisitions of The Rug Company, Happy Socks, and Bisonte, Macquarie’s acquisition of Green Investment Bank and the Nat Grid gas lines on behalf of a Macquarie lead consortium. Davinia has also sat on a number of Real Estate boards including regulated Jersey Funds, the GP of 22 Bishopsgate, the tallest tower in the City of London, and the Acquisition Board of Pinewood Studios.
